At Sage & Willow, our Guests are always our first priority. 

We offer at your convenience multiple options how checkout how you choose to receive your package. You may select "Pickup In Store" if you are a local customer and we will make arrangements for your package pickup. You may have your package shipped using "Flat Rate" or "Express" using USPS or UPS! We as a country are battling inflation and rising costs- shipping prices have increased, please make note of that before checking out. Currently we ship within the USA's 50 states. 

Returns for eligible items* are always hassle-free and easy within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund, less the original shipping cost & return label fees, which are covered by you, the buyer. Please note that all shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your final refund.

Order cancellations & modifications:

Sage & Willow cannot guarantee any order cancellations or modifications; each is handled on a case-by-case basis. Excessive order cancellations or modifications will be subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

International Guests: 

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
